Who are we?
At Nurturing Hearts, we believe every individual deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered. We are a multidisciplinary paediatric practice offering compassionate, evidence-based services across counselling, occupational therapy, early childhood intervention, and allied health support.
Our team specialises in working with neurodivergent children and families, creating safe spaces where emotional wellbeing, developmental growth, and behavioural support are thoughtfully integrated. Whether we’re helping a individuals regulate emotions, build independence, or thrive in school and community settings, our approach is always tailored, inclusive, and family-centred.
We collaborate closely with parents, educators, and therapists to ensure every plan reflects the everyones unique strengths and the family’s values. From initial consultation to ongoing care, we’re here to walk alongside you with warmth, clarity, and a deep commitment to helping children flourish.
What makes us Unique?
At Nurturing Hearts, we believe that every child and family deserves support that’s both compassionate and grounded in evidence. What makes our approach unique is how we weave together trusted developmental theories like those of Piaget, Erikson, and Vygotsky, with a holistic, heart-led framework that honours each person’s journey.
We offer more than counselling, occupational therapy and early childhood intervention. Our developmental therapy model is rooted in pedagogy — the science of how we learn and grow, giving families access to both therapeutic support and practical tools that nurture emotional wellbeing, resilience, and lifelong growth.
Our team brings together clinical expertise and deep experience in education. We tailor our approach to meet each client where they are. Teens and adults thrive in a client-led space, while younger children feel safest in a gentle, therapist-guided setting that supports engagement at their own pace.
It’s all part of our commitment to creating spaces where neurodivergent children and families feel seen, supported, and empowered.
